• "Account" means the personal user account registered in your name on the rp55 platform, through which you access Services and conduct transactions.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in your Account at any given time, including deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings, minus any withdrawals and placed bets.
• "Bet" means a wager placed by you on any sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered through the Services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by rp55, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring submission of valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or other government-issued identification documents.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by you into your Account using Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through accepted payment methods.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), live dealer games, and related gaming products offered on the rp55 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be bet before they can be withdrawn, as specified in applicable promotional terms.

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To use rp55 Services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address and phone number.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rp55 is required to verify your identity to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and prevent fraud. Before processing your first withdrawal, we may request:

• A clear photo or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months.
• Photographic proof of payment method (e.g., photo of bank card showing last four digits, or screenshot of e-wallet account).
• Additional documentation if suspicious activity is detected or if required by our compliance procedures.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. We reserve the right to request re-verification at any time.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

rp55 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

You agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name.
• We reserve the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only and not for money transfer services.
• rp55 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose fees.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

You may request withdrawal of your available balance (Real Money funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements) to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.

Withdrawal terms:

• Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals requested after 21:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, Christmas, New Year) may be processed the next business day.
• Zero withdrawal fees for transactions above Rp 500,000. A Rp 5,000 administrative fee applies to withdrawals below Rp 500,000.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals (above Rp 10,000,000).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prematurely may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

rp55 maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse deposits or withdrawals that we suspect are connected to money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Require deposits to be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to prevent use of our platform as a money transfer service.
• Freeze accounts and funds pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, rp55 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are offered at rp55's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have made at least one successful deposit.
• Only one bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses) will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: Slots (100%), Live Casino (100%), Sports Betting (100%), Togel (75%), Virtual Sports (50%).
• Maximum bet limits may apply while wagering bonus funds (typically Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rp 5,000,000 on their first deposit, subject to 8x wagering requirement on casino games and 5x wagering requirement on sports bets. To claim:

7.1 Suspension by rp55

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• You are found to have multiple accounts.
• You abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other players.
• Your account shows patterns consistent with problem gambling and you have not responded to our responsible gaming outreach.

Upon suspension, your account balance may be withheld pending investigation. If violations are confirmed, we reserve the right to forfeit all funds.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after KYC verification, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp55 is licensed. For disputes involving Indonesian residents, relevant Indonesian consumer protection laws may apply where not in conflict with these Terms.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises, you agree to follow this resolution process:

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rp55 and supersede all prior communications and agreements.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. rp55 may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate without restriction.

11.4 Force Majeure

rp55 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, wars, government actions, internet service disruptions, or technical failures.
